Nuestras Tasaciones son elaboradas considerando el Reglamento Nacional de Tasaciones (RNT) Resolución Ministerial (RM) Nº 172-2016-VIVIENDA del 23 de Julio del 2016 y sus modificatorias, así mismo, considera fundamentos financieros de Valor expuestos en normativa de la Superintendencia de Banca Seguros y AFP, y normas internacionales de Valuación.

La Tasación es un estudio realizado por nuestro equipo, donde se ofrece mediante un Informe Técnico el Valor comercial y/o el Valor Realizable de bienes muebles o inmuebles.

Lease Valuation

It is an expert appraisal study to determine the rental price of a property at current values or at past dates or future projections, both for apartments, houses, offices, land, commercial premises or others where the methodology varies depending on the specific object of the study. The National Appraisal Regulation is commonly used as a reference and in conjunction with other financial and economic methods of market research, the most objective and independent value that corresponds to satisfying the object of the study is approximated.
